Imani Star Development supports the
people in community development.

We are a Non-profit 501©(3) tax-exempt organization that serves those navigating life’s course needing a “hand up, not a handout”, by providing both individualized and family assessments to determine their needs.  Our purpose is to also serve as a conduit to education and empowerment to assist in removal of common barriers to having a positive quality of life for all.

We’ve been empowering the community since 2002 which has been the inception of our organization, by taking social responsibility and improving economic opportunities through education, the provision of resources, and direction in determined areas of need.  Our organization promotes, evaluates, and disseminates a holistic approach to a culturally diverse population who are often ignored and underserved.  We also aim to enhance social and intellectual development by nurturing those we serve to think skillfully and introspectively about improving themselves, families, and community.
